In August 2023, the National Gallery in partnership with Westminster City Council, hosted Summer on the Square – a programme of free, daily creative sessions and activities to inspire visitors.
Inspired by Imagine Bamboo, makers from Imagineer hosted a free drop-in workshop where visitors could build, design, dream and play with bamboo! We made bamboo art inspired by the painting ‘A Shipwreck in Stormy Seas’ by Claude-Joseph Vernet.
